1 How to make a citation matrix among the records?
2 Are there some methods to do co-author, co-citation or bib-coupling analysis on this software?
Thank you!

1) what do you mean by citation matrix? the main data table is a type of citation matrix.

2) the short answer is no, we do not have those specific analyses. but we do have plans to add that functionality in future releases.

co-author and co-citation relationships can be analyzed in HistCite, although not directly. see my postings here for more on this: http://histcite.forumco.com/topic~TOPIC_ID~22.asp

It's a round about method, but it can be done on an individual basis. however, you can't simply add a bunch of data and get the numbers back on everything.

I can't see how bib-coupling analysis could be done right now in histcite.

as I said before, we want to add these things. It will just take time.

HistCite is not suitable for making the types of analysis you are looking for. You may find a tool that does what you need at http://users.fmg.uva.nl/lleydesdorff/software.htm.
